The request will be sent to our Salesforce team for review. They will assess the request, approve the new license, and ensure the user is properly set up within the Salesforce system.

Argent Financial has partnered with The AMG Team for the past three years to serve as the Salesforce CRM System Administrator for every branch. The AMG Team provides onboarding, training, and ongoing support to help you maximize your Salesforce experience.

How do I get started with Salesforce CRM onboarding?

To begin your onboarding process, fill out our onboarding form and schedule your onboarding. A Account Manager assigned to your branch will guide you through onboarding, answer your questions, and provide the support you need to succeed.

Who do I contact for Salesforce support or additional questions?

What does ongoing Salesforce CRM support look like?

After onboarding, The AMG Team provides monthly check-ins with your branch to continuously improve your Salesforce CRM experience. Additionally, the team meets weekly with Argent leaders, such as Eric Siebert and Greg Plog, to address and prioritize support requests.

What enhancements have been made to Salesforce at Argent Financial?

In early 2024, The AMG Team completed the integration of Argent Financial's and TMI's Salesforce systems into a unified instance. This setup now comprehensively supports front-office, middle-office, and back-office needs across all Argent offices nationwide. Who leads The AMG Team?

The AMG Team is led by CEO Eric L. Weisgarber, who began providing services to Argent Financial's Oklahoma City office in 2021. Eric and his Oklahoma City-based team have worked seamlessly with Argent branches nationwide to enhance productivity and contribute to the scaling of Argent's profitability goals.
